We’re very pleased to welcome Dr. Diana Plavsic to the Willow Dental Care family.
Dr. Diana Plavsic is a family dentist with over 20 years of experience in general and family dentistry.

She earned her first dentistry degree at the University of Sarajevo, Yugoslavia in 1990.

She met Dr Vigneault in the advanced cosmetic study club and realized that they both shared a mutual vision of excellent patient care. When she made the decision to move to this area of the Broadway corridor, she sold her practice on the North Shore. Her gentle kind nature and excellent skills were a perfect match for our office.

She was drawn to dentistry because she liked making people happy and creating in 3D. Dentistry has it all!

Ever wonder what to talk to a new dentist about? Get to know our newest member before you come in for a visit! Here are some key chat notes…

Her ultimate dream vacation: a ski trip to New Zealand,

The most exotic place she’s travelled: Rougemont, Canton de Vaud, Suisse. It’s a fairytale in Switzerland.

She does like to keep it local though. Dr. Plavsic’s last trip was to our own local mountains of Whistler.

Best souvenir? A block of Gruyère she bought directly from the cheese maker.

What’s taking up the most room on her PVR? “Modern Family” of course!

Her favourite gadget: Her iPhone

Her favourite spot in her home is right by her fireplace in her livingroom.

You’re most likely to run into her at her favourite store Les Amis du Fromage.

Her latest splurge: new cross-country Fisher skis.

In terms of enjoying life, Dr. Plavsic’s guilty pleasure is oysters

Her secret to relaxing and relieving tension is fast walking and running.

Her favourite exercise: downhill skiing and cross-country skiing second.

She secretly wishes she could be an Opera Singer.

Her biggest inspiration: Her father.

If she could be anything in the world other than a dentist, she’d choose to be an architect. It wasn’t so surprising when she said she’d want a pile of Architectural Digest magazines by her side if she was stranded on a deserted island.
